Savon Crumity has been working in the recruitment field since 2022 when they began as a Recruitment Specialist at Orange Tree Staffing, LLC. Prior to that, they had a range of experience in different industries. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an Office Clerk at All Clinical Staffing. From 2016 to 2017, they held multiple roles at the University of Central Florida, including Office Assistant, Student Office Assistant, Marketing Director, and Peer Mentor. In 2016, they worked as a Student Worker at Aramark and a Sales Clerk at Publix Super Markets. They also worked as a Guest Specialist at Target in 2015.
