Taylor Pollei has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of plastic surgery. They started their career as an Otolaryngology Resident at Mayo Clinic in 2009 and completed their residency in 2014. Following that, they served as a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellow at The Williams Center for Plastic Surgery from 2014 to 2015.

In 2015, Taylor Pollei became a Facial Plastic Surgeon at Pollei Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, a role they held until 2021. During this time, they also joined Pollei Facial Plastic Surgery as a facial plastic surgeon in 2017, working alongside Dr. Mark Rubin in Beverly Hills and Orange County. They described their experience at this practice as fantastic.

In 2020, Taylor Pollei ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Owner and Medical Director of New Skin & Body Aesthetics. They expanded their pursuits in 2021, establishing Form MD Performance as a founder and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine Specialist, as well as joining OrangeTwist as the Chief Medical Officer. Finally, in 2021, they founded Form MD Plastic Surgery, where they currently serve as the Founder and Facial Plastic Surgeon.

Throughout their career, Taylor Pollei has gained expertise in facial plastic surgery and has demonstrated a commitment to providing high-quality aesthetic and reconstructive services.

From 1998 to 2004, Taylor Pollei attended Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience.
