Kathy Lau

Kathy Lau is currently the Business Operations & Trainer at Boxing Lab since June 2021. Prior to this, Kathy worked as an English Language Arts & Physical Education Teacher at Orange Unified School District, and as a Student Teacher at the same district. Kathy also has experience as an Assessment Coordinator Assistant at Chapman University, a Retail & Business Operations Assistant at 27 Diamonds Interior Design, an Intern at a litigation firm in Honolulu, and in various roles at Chapman University, Forever 21, and Punahou School. Kathy holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Chapman University, a Bachelor of Arts from the same university, and completed their General Education at Punahou School.
