Alexandre Bompard

Alexandre Bompard is an independent director at Orange. Alexandre was previously the president-director general of Fnac from January 2011 to July 2017. Prior to that, they were the president-director general of Europe 1 from January 2008 to December 2010. Bompard has also worked as the director of the sports and public affairs department at Canal+ and as a technical adviser in the cabinet of François Fillon, the Minister of Social Affairs, Labour, and Solidarity. Alexandre began their career as a chargé de mission at the Inspection des Finances in 2002.

Alexandre Bompard was promoted to Cyrano de Bergerac at their school, ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration. Alexandre later attended Sciences Po, and then went on to get their Maîtrise in Droit public from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
