Christelle Huyghebaert

Christelle Huyghebaert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user research and UX design. Currently serving as Lead Research Ops at Orange since September 2022, Christelle previously worked as an Expert Consultant in User Research and a trainer at Devoteam. From 2009 to September 2020, Christelle was the Director of the User Research Department at Axance by Devoteam, where responsibilities included organizing qualitative studies, coaching, and internalizing user research within client teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a study manager at TANGENCIELS, focusing on creativity and innovation in marketing and R&D. Christelle holds a Master 2 degree in Environmental Psychology from Université Paris Descartes and a Master 2 in Cognitive Ergonomics from Université Paris Cité.
