Hélène Michelin

Hélène Michelin is currently the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Orange, leading the HR efforts within the services clients unit in Île de France. With a background in social law, Hélène has held various HR positions at Orange, including DRH Adjointe and Responsable Relations Sociales. Prior to this, Hélène was responsible for social relations and training at Globecast from 2015 to 2019. Hélène began her career with internships focused on employment law at Cabinets Truno & Associés and Générale de Santé. Hélène holds two Master’s degrees in social law from Université d'Auvergne and the Faculté de Clermont-Ferrand.
