Kate Bourdet

Kate Bourdet currently serves as Global Head of EVP, Employee Attractiveness & Experience at Orange, starting in September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Lead and Global Head of People Development & Learning at Orange Business Services, where Kate emphasized employee growth as integral to business success. Additional positions at Orange Business Services involved managing external communications and digital strategies, while earlier experiences include social media management at Dassault Systemes and corporate communication roles at Bureau Veritas Group and CoreBody Centre Pilates. Kate holds a BA in English with a minor in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and further education in Corporate Social Innovation from Babson College and management training through Orange Campus Management. Notably, Kate was recognized with a national fundraising award during tenure at the American Cancer Society.
