Chad Goossen, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in project installation strategy, sales management, and customer service. Currently a Manager of Project Installation Strategy & Implementation at Orangebox USA since July 2017, Chad previously held roles as Installation and Service Engineer and as Customer Service-East at Interior Concepts Corporation. With extensive experience in managing authorized dealer networks and facilitating communication between sales teams and clients, Chad has demonstrated expertise in executing projects from assessment to installation. Prior positions include Store Manager at both Northwest Tire & Hi Tech Service and Belle Tire, where Chad excelled in daily operations and sales leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus from Grand Valley State University.
