Ashley Schoeppner

Ashley Schoeppner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Facilities at Empire Portfolio Group since February 2022, overseeing operations for this prominent franchisee of Orangetheory Fitness. With a longstanding tenure at Orangetheory Fitness, beginning in 2017, Ashley has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Director of Business Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational and sales excellence for numerous studios, strategic sales planning, and compliance oversight. Ashley’s previous experience includes managing studio operations and directing marketing strategies at Orangetheory, as well as serving as a Service Guide at Miami University and Conference Chair for Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Miami University.
