Lauren Cody

Lauren Cody currently serves as President of Orangetheory Fitness and holds multiple board positions, including at Swensons Drive-In Restaurants and Domino's Pizza Norge. As Co-Founder of Mosaic Caregiving Solutions, Lauren has developed an AI-enabled platform to assist caregivers of individuals with dementia. Additionally, Lauren is Principal at Lumaver LLC, advising clients on revenue growth and business transformation. With extensive experience in customer strategy, Lauren has held executive roles at Abbott, AlerisLife, Panera Bread, and McDonald's, where significant contributions to business growth and customer experience were made. Lauren holds an MBA in Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies/Economics from West Virginia University.
