Traci Licht

Traci Licht is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Product Line and Engineering Manager at Orangetheory Fitness since June 2021, Traci leads the engineering efforts for the development of heartrate monitors and fitness equipment, achieving significant advancements in technology such as proprietary photoplethysmography for improved accuracy. Previously, Traci worked at Newell Brands as a Senior Manager in Product Development Engineering, overseeing global teams and earning a US Patent for a Juice Extractor Cleaning Feature. At Jarden Consumer Solutions, Traci managed the development of multiple consumer products and introduced premium blender technology to Latin America. Early career experience at Motorola included managing cross-functional teams for new product introductions and ensuring the manufacturability of products, culminating in the successful launch of various pagers and cell phones. Traci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
