Mirjam Locadia

Mirjam Locadia, PhD, currently serves as Team Lead for Equal Opportunities at Oranje Fonds since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mirjam held the position of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator at CARE Nederland from June 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included the development of monitoring and evaluation systems, management of project results, and capacity building for staff. From August 2014 to May 2016, Mirjam worked as the Knowledge Management and Research Coordinator at the Erasmus Centre for Strategic Philanthropy, focusing on shaping research agendas and establishing international partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist at Partos from January 2011 to August 2014, where Mirjam enhanced the effectiveness of member organizations. Mirjam Locadia earned a PhD in Medicine from the University of Amsterdam and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Groningen.
