Micael Oliveira

Micael Oliveira has a wealth of work experience. Micael began their career in 2011 as a Physics Researcher at LIP, the biggest experimental particle physics laboratory in Portugal. In 2014, they became the Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Orankl, a software solution used by thousands of merchants worldwide. Micael was involved in all the steps from inception to design and creation of the final product. In 2015, they founded Fermat's Library, a platform for illuminating academic papers. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Founder, Growth & Revenue at Amplemarket, a platform that leverages machine learning to develop sales, growth and marketing tools.

Micael Oliveira attended the University of Strasbourg from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics. Micael then went on to Instituto Superior Técnico from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Engineering Physics. Micael also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in High Energy Particle Physics at the same institution from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they also attended Y Combinator.
