Christelle le Calvez

Christelle Le Calvez has extensive experience in legal governance, corporate law, and financial regulation. Currently serving as a member of the strategic committee at ESG Lab & Society since October 2022, Christelle has been with Orano since January 2021 as the Secretary of the Board and Legal Director for Governance, Stock Market Law, and Financial Law. Prior to this, Christelle worked at Total from September 2016 to January 2021 as a Legal Advisor in Corporate and Stock Exchange matters, also holding the position of Secretary of the Board at Sofax Banque. Christelle's career includes significant roles at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France, where responsibilities encompassed legal reviews of financial operations and training legal investigators. Earlier experience also includes a position as a corporate law attorney at CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats and a trainee lawyer at Mayer Brown. Christelle holds a DJCE and a DESS in banking, business, finance, and securities law, as well as an LLB (Hons) from South Bank University of London.
