Clément Ducloyer

Clément Ducloyer is currently the Performance Director at Orano Recycling, overseeing the Performance program at the La Hague site. Prior to this role, they served as Operational Excellence Manager at Orano from 2022 to 2024. Clément has a diverse background in marketing and manufacturing, having held various positions, including Marketing Analyst and Strategy, Marketing & Controlling Director at Vallourec. They completed a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen at Technische Universität Berlin and possess degrees from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and École Centrale de Paris.
