Simon Segal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development within the nuclear and energy sectors. Currently serving as SVP Strategy and M&A and CEO of LEA SAS at Orano, Simon Segal has successfully implemented turnaround strategies that transformed a previously loss-making business into a profitable operation while enhancing operational and financial performance. Prior roles include Managing Director of Orano Japan, where Simon Segal managed relationships with Japanese utilities and led the company's front-end activities, and Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Director for Mining & Front-End in Asia, focusing on strategic alliances and market growth. Additional experience includes a consultancy role at PEA Consulting and industrial project management at Michelin. Simon Segal holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Project Management from Ecole Centrale de Paris.
