Edgar Bermudez

Edgar Bermudez, PhD, serves as the Director of Artificial Intelligence Development at OraQ AI and holds the positions of Lead AI/ML Scientist and Machine Learning Scientist. Previously, Edgar was an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Research Associate - Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Lethbridge. In addition, Edgar worked as an AI/ML Advisor at the Centre for Neuroengineering Solutions and as an Associate Machine Learning Scientist at the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii). Edgar also has experience as Chief Technology Officer and Lead Data Scientist at Neurocage Systems LTD. Edgar earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Research from the University of Sussex.
