Claire Mwangi is a legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution and advocacy. Currently serving as a Partner at Oraro & Company Advocates since September 2021, Claire previously held the position of Senior Associate at Njoroge Regeru & Co. Advocates from January 2016 to August 2021, where significant contributions included participation in a landmark Constitutional and Human Rights Petition at the Supreme Court of Kenya and involvement in arbitration related to construction contract breaches. Claire's legal career began with roles as an Associate at Gitau Gikonyo and Company Advocates and Robson Harris & Company Advocates, as well as a Lawyer at Njoroge Regeru & Company Advocates. Educational qualifications include an Advanced International Certificate Course on Intellectual Property from WIPO, a General Course on Intellectual Property from WIPO, and certification as a Professional Mediator, among other credentials in law and administration. Claire holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Moi University.
