Kari Lehtinen

Kari Lehtinen has extensive experience in executive and leadership roles in various companies. Kari is currently serving as the Non Executive Chairman for Vexve Armatury Group, Amphiro AG, and Hansa Armaturen GmbH, with their appointments starting in 2020. Prior to these roles, they held the position of President and CEO at Oras Group starting in November 2018. Kari also served as a Board Member at East Office of Finnish Industries Oy from February 2014 to February 2018. Before that, they held the position of President & CEO at Paroc Group from August 2011 to February 2018, and simultaneously served as an Executive Board Member at the company during the same period. Moreover, they served as a Board Member at Eurima (European Insulation Manufacturers Association), Finnish Association of Construction Product Industries, and Rakennusteollisuus RT ry (The Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries) from August 2011 to February 2018. Kari briefly held the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at OOO Ruukki Russian from March 2011 to July 2011.

From 1988 to 1993, Kari Lehtinen attended Tampere University of Technology 1965-2018, where they earned a Master of Science - MS degree in Industrial Economics.
