Bassem Farouk

Bassem Farouk, MBA, TOT, has extensive experience in human resources, holding various managerial roles at Orascom Construction since September 2006, including HR Area Manager, HR Operations Manager, and HR Manager for significant projects such as the Suez Canal Tunnels and the Grand Egyptian Museum, overseeing a workforce of approximately 6000. Prior roles include Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist and Payroll Specialist, with a focus on compensation programs and payroll accuracy. Before joining Orascom, Bassem worked as a Customer Service Representative at DHL.
