Refaat Mattar

Refaat Mattar is an experienced professional in the construction and engineering sectors, currently serving as Assistant Cost Manager at Orascom Development Egypt since August 2025. Previously, Refaat held the position of Assistant Cost Consultant at Mace from July 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading cost analysis and estimation for significant projects with clients such as Ora Developers and Emaar Misr. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales Ambassador at SODIC, where client relations and market advice were key focuses, and as a Structural Engineer at EHAF Consulting Engineers, contributing to the design and detailing of RC structural elements. Refaat's foundational experience as a Site Engineer with MIG further developed knowledge in construction practices. Refaat earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Structural Engineering from Cairo University, completing studies in 2022.
