Donnie Rizzo

Donnie Rizzo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of New Products and Technologies at OraSure Technologies, Donnie leads cross-functional teams in product development and identifies market opportunities for growth. Prior to this role, Donnie was the Senior Director of Oncology and Pathology at Quest Diagnostics, overseeing a $650 million business and driving initiatives in digital transformation and AI integration. Donnie also held various leadership positions at Quest Diagnostics, including Director of Pathology and Senior Product Manager for Urology and Dermatology. As the owner of B & R Strategic Partners LLC, Donnie brings a wealth of strategic insight, supported by former roles in finance management and accounts receivable across organizations such as PSKW and UnitedHealth Group. Donnie holds a dual degree in Marketing and Finance from Seton Hall University and has further education in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management.
