Madhu Reddy has a long and successful career in Oracle ERP solutions. In 2007, they began working as the President and COO of Orasys Consulting, a consulting company providing Oracle ERP solutions. In 2008, they became an Oracle HRMS SME at TJX Companies. In 2007, they also worked as an HRMS Consultant at Rockefeller University. In 2006, they were a Technical Consultant at Avis Budget Group. From 1999 to 2006, they were the Co-Founder of KBACE Technologies. In 2004, they were a Consultant SME at Family Dollar. In 2003, they were a Consultant SME at Iron Mountain. In 2001, they were the Subject Matter Expert and Technical Manager at The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P). In 2000, they were a Consultant SME at Silgan Plastics and a Technical Lead- City Of Chicago at Oracle Corporation.

Madhu Reddy obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Osmania University between 1980 and 1984. Madhu then went on to obtain an MS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 1984 and 1986.
