Jyothi G

Jyothi G has over 16 years of experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in the renewable energy and engineering sectors. Their most recent role was as the Head of HR at Orb Energy since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as Lead - Business HR at Tata Power Solar Systems Limited from August 2011 to May 2020. Jyothi also worked as an Assistant Manager- HR at Shell Solar India and Senior Human Resources Officer at TCE Consulting Engineers earlier in their career.

Jyothi G completed their 12th in Commerce at Kendriya Vidyalaya, ASC, Bangalore. Jyothi then pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Bangalore University. Currently, they are enrolled in the Professional executive program in HR Management & Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
