Cara Carter

Cara Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and leadership. As the Founding Director at ORB International since November 2008, Cara has demonstrated expertise in the field. Prior to this role, Cara served as a Research Analyst and Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State from June 2005 to November 2008. Cara's career began as a Peace Corps Volunteer from July 2000 to July 2002. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from The George Washington University, a MALD in Economics from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
