Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at ORBEA since December 2013, Maria leads global customer relations and focuses on enhancing customer service efficiency from presales to after-sales. Prior roles within ORBEA include leading the After Sales Team and managing planning for Orbea & Orca brands. Maria's career also encompasses experience with ERP implementation and planning at Orbea USA, as well as quality process management and sales within ORBEA, and various planning roles at Sony Ericsson and Ericsson. Maria holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Organization from Mondragon Unibertsitatea, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
