Currently serving as an After Sales Service Technician at ORBEA since August 2020, responsibilities include warranty management, technical support for distributors, and the creation of tutorials for team members. Previous roles include being a Bicycle Mechanic/Sales Advisor at Decathlon UK, a Bike Workshop Assistant at Pedego Biarritz, and two positions with NIXON EUROPE, first as an Operations Coordinator and then as a Sales Administration Assistant. Martin also has experience in export consulting and entrepreneurship, having created a clothing brand linked to mountain biking and the Basque territory. Martin's educational background includes multiple master's degrees in international trade and business management, along with training as a bike mechanic. Currently, Martin is learning Euskera at Gabriel Aresti Euskaltegia.
