Jonas Bjarno

Jonas Bjarno is the current CTO at Orbex Space. Jonas was previously a Senior Scientist at DTU Space, National Space Institute from August 2016 to August 2018. Prior to that, they were a Scientist at DTU Space, National Space Institute from March 2011 to August 2016. Before joining DTU Space, they were a Researcher at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center from January 2008 to December 2010.

Jonas Bjarno has a Ph.D in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the Danish National Space Center, DTU. Jonas also has a MSc. E.E. in Aerospace Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet. Jonas is also certified from CEPT Class 1 in Radio Amateur.

Their manager is Chris Larmour, Founder & CEO. They work with Kristian von Bengston - Chief Development Officer, Jan Skolmli - Chief Commercial Officer, and Andres Gutierrez Navarro - Head of Strategic Development.
