Gabriel Telhado

Gabriel Telhado has extensive work experience in design and user experience (UX). Gabriel is currently working at Orbia as a Coordenador de design and previously worked as a Product Designer especialista - DesignOps. Prior to Orbia, Gabriel was the Head of UX at Rankme.

Before that, Gabriel worked at Smart Age Solutions as a Senior Design Director, where they were responsible for the design of the Txtar.io product. Gabriel handled various tasks including prototyping, feature definition, UI, and Design System.

Gabriel also served as a Product Designer and UX at abeLLha and as an Organizer and Facilitator at Service Jam Rio. Gabriel has experience as a UX Designer at MJV Technology & Innovation Brasil, where their team worked within clients to create better user experiences.

Gabriel has also worked as a UX Designer Freelancer at Sapient AG2, a UI/UX designer at Profite - Marketing para Comércio Eletrônico, and as a User Interface Designer and Information Architect at ZONA INTERNET. Gabriel co-founded Connect Marketing Digital, where they served as a Partner and Designer.

Gabriel Telhado's education history is as follows:

Gabriel completed their undergraduate degree in Desenho Industrial at Universidade Gama Filho from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a Pós Graduação in Marketing e Design Digital at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Liderança em Design from BTX Cursos de Design in September 2022, Design Ops Strategy from How Bootcamps in May 2022, and UX Metrics 2.0 Product Analytics from Punk Metrics in January 2021. Gabriel also completed an online course in Design System & Ops from Meiuca Design in August 2020 and a Bootcamp in Design System from the same institution in November 2019. Gabriel further expanded their expertise by attending an Intensivo de Service Design at Livework São Paulo in June 2019 and completing a Design Sprint Nanodegree from Udacity in May 2018. Additionally, they acquired knowledge in Design de Serviços: Criando uma jornada WOW through a course from Descola Cursos Inovadores in April 2018.
