Guilherme Silva

Guilherme Silva started their work experience as an Operador de Logística at Vulcan Material Plástico LTDA in February 2013 and worked there until November 2014. Guilherme then worked as an Auxiliar de Almoxarifado from December 2014 to June 2015. From June 2015 to November 2017, they served as an Auxiliar de Operações Logísticas, providing operational support and managing spreadsheets and orders. Guilherme then took on the role of Assistente de Operações Logísticas from December 2017 to April 2019.

In May 2019, Guilherme joined C&A Brasil as an Analista de Logística com foco em Planejamento e Transportes. In this role, they managed logistics projects, budgeting, and expenses. Guilherme also created and analyzed dynamic tables, graphs, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Guilherme supervised a team of 60 employees, oversaw the SLAs of service providers, and developed delivery plans for 120 stores. Guilherme stayed with C&A Brasil until August 2022.

Starting from August 2022, Guilherme began working at Petrobras as an Analista de Negócios Pleno. Guilherme conducted revenue and operational cost analysis, built models in Excel and Power BI, and automated document creation with macros and programming languages. Guilherme also analyzed and controlled General and Administrative Expenses and their generators.

Guilherme's most recent work experience is as an After-Sales Process Analyst at Orbia, starting from December 2022.

Guilherme Silva's education history is as follows:

- From 2022 to 2023, they attended Descomplica and obtained a post-graduate degree, specifically an MBA, in Strategic Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
