Jeff Williamson

Jeff Williamson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as Senior U.S. People Manager at Orbia since August 2015, Jeff oversees HR for a non-union manufacturing plant, contributing as a member of the Plant Leadership Team. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at the US Navy Reserve, where Jeff held the position of Command Master Chief, advising on personnel matters and leading training for over 400 Sailors. Jeff has also held key HR roles in companies such as Ingredion Incorporated and Stepan Company, where significant contributions included enhancing safety culture, managing recruitment processes, and participating in contract negotiations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Southern Illinois University.
