Kacy Karlen

Kacy Karlen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across diverse organizations. Since January 2020, Kacy has served as the Chief Communications Officer at Orbia, advancing through multiple positions including Head of Communications, Content & Creative, and Marketing Communications Director. Prior experience includes creative director roles at Captains of Industry and The Height of Style, the latter being a publication focused on lifestyle for tall individuals, which received features in notable media outlets. Kacy's career started at TERC, where responsibilities included managing web content and social media strategies. Additional experience includes curatorial duties at Bowdoin College’s Walker Art Museum and serving as an Admissions Counselor at the University of New England. Kacy holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bowdoin College, with a focus on English and Visual Art.
