Shani Weil

Shani Weil has a wealth of experience in the legal field, starting as a Paralegal at Hamburger Evron & Co. in 1999, then progressing to roles such as Law Intern at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, Associate Lawyer at Hamburger Evron & Co., and Prosecuting Lawyer at the State Attorneys Office - North District. Shani also co-founded the Weil - Ori law firm, where they led over a hundred legal cases specializing in Criminal and Real Estate law. More recently, they served as the Global Compliance Manager at Netafim before becoming the Head of Compliance, EMEA at Orbia in 2023. Shani'sexpertise includes establishing compliance programs, representing clients in criminal cases, and supervising investigations.

Shani Weil holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 1998 and 2002. Shani later pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University, specializing in International & Public Law and Law, respectively, between 2007 and 2008. In addition, Shani obtained certifications in Regulatory Compliance Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019, as well as Certified Mediator and Lawyer credentials from Gevim Group and the Israel Bar Association in 2013 and 2003, respectively.
