Elena Kudryashova

Elena Kudryashova is currently serving as the Chief Business Development Officer at Orbico Group since February 2023. Previously, Elena held various senior leadership positions at Procter & Gamble from February 1996 to December 2022, including Senior Vice President for Babycare in Greater China, where Elena led the transformation of the Babycare category in a highly competitive market. Other notable roles at Procter & Gamble include Vice President for South East Europe, Country Manager for Israel, Cyprus, and Malta, and Marketing Director for regions such as Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, the Middle East, and Africa. Elena has a robust background in business strategy, product innovation, brand management, and team development, alongside significant P&L responsibilities. Elena holds a degree from Moscow State University of Printing Arts, earned between 1981 and 1987.
