Ivan Bogdanić is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and systems administration. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Orbico Group since April 2022, Ivan provides IT support across 20 countries, managing user accounts and equipment while overseeing the administration of ESET antivirus solutions. Previously, Ivan held roles at Addiko Bank Hrvatska, where responsibilities included senior IT helpdesk administration and user rights management, as well as positions within the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Aeronautical Technical Center, focusing on IT support and system maintenance. Ivan's qualifications include certifications from Addiko Academy, the Ministry of Public Administration in Croatia, and Otvoreno učilište Algebra, along with a record of enhancing IT infrastructure and user support across various sectors.
