Silke Schwender

Silke Schwender is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and education. Currently serving as the Head of HR at ORBIS SE since January 2022, Silke has previously held significant roles in human resources leadership at Deutsche Glasfaser Unternehmensgruppe and 1&1 Telecommunication SE. Silke’s career began in various positions at Randstad Deutschland and mobilcom-debitel GmbH, where foundational skills in management and consulting were developed. Silke holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, along with professional certifications in HR and a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Spatial and Environmental Planning.
