Ulrich Holzer

Ulrich Holzer serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Orbis AG since March 2013 and as Managing Director at Asset Saar GmbH since July 2019. Previously, Ulrich held the position of Chief Information Officer at Hager Group from 2011 to May 2019 and was a Member of the Board for several subsidiaries of Hager Group in Europe and APAC from 2001 to 2016. Additionally, Ulrich worked at Hager Group from 1997 to 2010 as Director of Corporate Controlling & IT and Corporate Director for Information Technology & Supply Chain. Ulrich Holzer's education includes a qualification as a Supervisory Board Member from Deutsche Börse in 2019 and ongoing studies as a Financial Expert at Deutsche Börse Frankfurt. A degree was obtained from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken between 1980 and 1984.
