Deborah Highfill has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deborah began their career in 1995 as the Director of Patient Care Services & Acting Administrator at Hunkeler Eye Institute. After that, they worked as the Financial Controller at Asia Pacific Library Services from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Deborah served as the Director of Asian Compassionate Touch. Deborah then transitioned to a role as an Assistant Professor at Southwest Missouri State University from 2004 to 2006. Deborah went on to work as a Manager at Personel and Family Life - Medical from 2005 to 2011, concurrently serving as the Director at HealthCare Ministries from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they became the Associate Dean Prelicensure Nursing at MidAmerican Nazarene University, where they stayed until 2016. Since 2016, Deborah has held the position of Senior Vice President Nursing Services at Orbis Education.
