Joan Partenheimer

Joan Partenheimer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joan most recently worked at Orbis Education, where they held various positions related to e-learning services. Joan started as a Senior E-Learning Manager in July 2016 and subsequently served as a Product Account Manager from July 2017 to July 2019. Joan then became an E-Learning Services Manager from July 2019 to January 2020, followed by a promotion to Senior Director, E-Learning Services from January 2022 to March 2023. Their most recent position at Orbis Education was as the Director of E-Learning Services from January 2020 to April 2023. Additionally, they also worked as the Vice President of E-Learning Services at Orbis Education starting in March 2023.

Prior to their role at Orbis Education, Joan was the owner of Tail Waggers Playhouse from June 2014 to September 2015. Joan also worked at Harrison College, where they served as the Dean of General Education-Online Division from August 2010 to October 2012, and later as the Dean of Online from October 2012 to October 2013. Their earlier experience includes working as an Animal Science and Biomedical Science Teacher at Pike High School from August 2000 to August 2010.

Joan Partenheimer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1992 to 1996. Joan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Secondary Education Biology at Butler University from 1997 to 2001. Later on, Joan pursued another Master of Science (MS) degree, this time in Biology, from Washington University in St. Louis from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the Indiana State Teaching License from the State of Indiana, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
