Ryan Hornbaker has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design and education. Ryan is currently working at Orbis Education as a Senior Manager of Instructional Design, a role they have held since September 2021. Ryan Hornbaker obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from Ball State University between the years 2005 and 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ball State University's Miller College of Business, graduating in the years 2010 to 2012. Additionally, Ryan has acquired various certifications, including Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR), Institutional Representative (Ball State), Linking Instructional Materials and Learner Engagement, Peer Reviewer (PRC), and Project Management Certification from institutions such as QM Quality Matters and AtTask, Inc.
