Ted Bernstein, PMP, PMO has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Ted served as the Vice President of Site Planning, Construction, and Development at Orbis Education from November 2011, where they successfully managed the construction and development of over 30 nursing school facilities across the United States. Ted also oversaw the relocation and expansion of the company's corporate office.
Prior to their role at Orbis Education, Ted was the owner of Maven Consulting since January 2008. There, they specialized in facility project management, including site planning, construction, and development. Ted gained expertise in site selection, lease negotiation, and turn-key setups for various sectors such as retail, distribution, corporate offices, showrooms, labs, and nursing schools.
Before Maven Consulting, Ted served as the Vice President of Corporate Resources at Product Action International from April 2002 to December 2008. Ted managed multiple departments including real estate, facilities, information technology, telecom, purchasing, and fleet. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in expanding the company's revenue from $35M to over $140M by launching offices and warehouses in new markets.
In addition, Ted was the Vice President of Operations at MBS Associates from November 2000 to April 2002, managing high-value homes and associated staff for the family business office.
Ted also served as the Business Manager at Just Trucks from August 1999 to November 2000, overseeing the start-up and management of three retail locations specializing in truck and SUV accessories.
Ted started their career as the Co-Owner of Elias/Bernstein Real Estate Ltd in August 1992, a multi-office real estate firm involved in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management. Ted successfully launched four offices in Manhattan and established various company policies, procedures, and documentation.

Ted Bernstein, PMP, PMO has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration from Indiana University Bloomington. Ted also holds a degree in Real Estate as a licensed R.E. Broker from New York University. Additionally, Ted has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2011.
