Charles "Skip" Mulligan, MSPM, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles "Skip" started their career as a Weapons Firecontrolman in the US Navy from 1993 to 1997, and later served as a Technical Instructor until 2000. In 2001, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Eaton Corporation. From 2003 to 2008, Charles worked at Wineman Technology as a Project Engineer, where they contributed to the development of testing systems for Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors and automotive turbo actuators. Since 2008, Charles has been working at Orbis, Inc. Charles "Skip" initially served as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Technical Instructor, playing a pivotal role in the development of automated testing systems for electric couplers and drum switches used in the light rail industry, as well as for shipping line battery testing. Charles is currently serving as the Director of Research, Development, Test and Engineering at Orbis, Inc.
