Ming Chang

Ming Chang possesses over 20 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Orbis International since December 2007, after previously holding the position of Associate Director of Information Technology. Prior to this role, Ming Chang worked as a Programmer at RCM Technologies from August 2003 to November 2007. Ming Chang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Stony Brook University, completing studies there between 1999 and 2003.
