Ngoc Pham

Ngoc Pham is currently serving as the Country Director at Orbis International since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ngoc held the position of Country Director at Helen Keller International from October 2011 to June 2021. Ngoc also worked as the Admin and Finance Manager at Helen Keller International from June 2004 to 2011. Ngoc holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Troy University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from the Institute of International Relations of Vietnam. Additionally, Ngoc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from Hanoi National University.
