Tracy McClure has extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management. They most recently served as the Global Supply Chain Director at Orbis International, where they implemented best-in-class healthcare supply chain practices and strengthened supply chain management for surgical products. Prior to that, Tracy was the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at ISS A/S and transformed the organization to drive innovation and efficiency. They also held positions as the Head of China Supply Chain at ADEN Group, the Procurement Director at JLL, the Country Manager at Lansing Trade Group, and a Supply Chain Site Supervisor at Honeywell. Tracy began their career as an Account Manager at The Lewer Agency, where they acted as a liaison with clients and conducted marketing efforts.

Tracy McClure holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Hohai University, Nanjing, China (1995-1999). Tracy also obtained a Master's degree in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics from Guangxi University, Nanning, China (2000-2003). Additionally, they have a Master's degree in Cultural and Touristic Engineering from Perpignan University, Perpignan, France (2003-2004) and an Executive MBA in International Resort Management from Institute Vatel, Nimes, France (2003-2004). Tracy also has various certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt candidate certification from JLL (obtained in December 2016) and a Kansas and Missouri State Life, Accident and Health Insurance License from the Commissioner of Insurance of Kansas and Missouri (obtained in May 2010). Tracy has additional certifications in various software and tools from Microsoft, such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, Jaggaer, Microsoft Navision, AS400, MacPac, TP&E, MSS, OPTIVISION, OPERA, Maximizer, Lean Six-sigma Yellow Belt, Lean Six-Sigma green belt candidate, Lotus Notes, Tableau, Power BI, and Microix.
