Richard Beks has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard started their career as a Student Member of the Medezeggenschapsraad at Hanzehogeschool Groningen in 2006. Richard then went on to establish their own company, Beks Media, where they served as the Owner from 2010 to 2014.
In 2012, Richard joined Randstad Nederland, where they held multiple roles including Sales Intercedent, Sales Manager, and Operationeel Manager. Richard continued this role in 2018 when they transitioned to Albert Heijn Media Services as the Key Account Manager and Team Lead. Here, they managed the Marketing & Media strategy, ranging from small sampling tools to full branded category campaigns. Richard also utilized the Data & Insights platform to optimize fact-based campaigns.
Richard's most recent role is as the Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Orbisk, starting in April 2019.
