Shelly Chang is a Corporate Tax Associate at Orbiss Inc. Prior to this, Shelly served as a Tax Associate at Armanino LLP and gained experience as a Staff Accountant Intern at Novogradac & Company LLP. Shelly holds a Master of Science in Taxation from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arizona.
