Neil Dhingra

Neil Dhingra is an accomplished expert in optimization and machine learning, currently serving as Director at Auria Space and Orbit Logic since January 2024 and September 2020, respectively. With a robust history in advanced algorithm development for space operations, Neil has led various teams in both the commercial and technical sectors, transitioning government-funded technologies into market-ready products. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Numerica Corporation, where Neil managed research scientists and developed complex algorithms for satellite control and missile defense, as well as academic roles at the University of Minnesota, NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory, focusing on control systems and machine learning applications. Neil holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Theory from the University of Minnesota and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
