Jim Dennison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and corporate purchasing. Currently serving as the Corporate Purchasing Manager at Orbit Medical since January 2019, Jim previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott from May 2015 to January 2019, where leadership and strategic skills contributed to a 77.7% guest satisfaction rating and the hotel’s recognition among the top 100 in its category. Prior roles include Assistant Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager at Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort and Spa, where Jim was instrumental in achieving high satisfaction scores and effectively managing operational tasks. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Resort Tourism Management from Coastal Carolina University and has engaged in relevant education at the College of DuPage and Iowa State University.
