Justin Creel

Justin Creel possesses extensive experience in device development within the biomedical sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Device Development at Genentech, focusing on ocular therapeutic delivery devices since August 2024. Prior to this role, Justin was the Head of the Targeted Therapeutics Delivery Center at Novartis, overseeing the development of targeted delivery devices from January 2023 to August 2024. Justin's prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Device Development at Gyroscope Therapeutics, where efforts were directed toward retinal gene therapy, and Vice President of Product Development & Marketing at Flower Orthopedics, driving significant revenue growth in extremity orthopedics. Additional roles span leadership in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and advanced technology development at various companies, along with a solid educational background culminating in a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from UC Davis.
